Kids Design Tomorrow is a sweet one year mentoring program, created by Carlos Cymerman, Founder Recruiting for Good. Kids participate in sweet immersive activities that inspire participation. Through fun fulfilling experiences, sweet creative (design, drawing, writing) gigs, and the sweetest parties too; kids learn sweet skills, success habits, and positive values….resulting in discovering their passion.
Kids who successfully complete gigs for one year earn professionals mentoring from design experts (that Recruiting for Good sponsors). We invest in high achieving kids who have the talent to pursue any design profession including; becoming architects, Eco-friendly fashion designers, or even design tomorrow's spaceships too!

Perfectly Designed for Sweet Talented 5th Graders
Kids attend sweet parties (with parent) and participate in creative contests to meet Carlos who with 10 years of teaching and 25 years of recruiting experience; can assess if the kid has the 'IT' factor to excel in the creative development program.
